One thing I love about researching family histories is finding those crazy stories that are buried in EVERY family! No matter what a person thinks they know, there is always more to find out and I love to dig for it.
I am a summer 2021 graduate of the Boston University Certificate in Genealogical Research, having earned the certificate after 15 weeks of instruction by numerous professional genealogists. This course helped develop my research, citation, and documentation skills to a professional level. I recently completed the ProGen Study Group, cycle 64, a 14 month program involving peer review of work products.
I have 10+ years of experience with genealogical research, both personal and for clients. I have a well-developed understanding of sources, evaluating documentation, creating research plans, and writing research reports.

I am a genealogist based in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I have extensive experience researching families and people from Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as from the northeast United States (NY, CT, NJ, MA).
I am always looking to learn about new locations and groups!
When my children were little and I was at my computer working on family trees, they'd ask "Mommy, are you doing 'gee-oh-lah-low-gee' again?" It quickly became a family in-joke and here we are.
Welcome!
